Organic Warming Balm 30g

Peppermint provides the menthol coolness

Clove bud and cinnamon leaf provide warmth and counter irritation that helps with pain relief

Rosemary camphor provides analgesia and improves circulation

Basil provides analgesia and stimulation to the area 

For muscle aches and pains: 

• Apply a small amount to any area of muscle soreness
• Massage in gently 
• Reapply as required 

For coughs and colds

• Massage onto chest and/or throat
• Repeat every few hours until symptoms subside

Can be used at early signs of a cough or sore throat. 

To use as a steam inhalation: 

• Place a small amount in a heat proof bowl and pour boiling water over the balm
• Place face over the bowl and cover head with a towel 
• Keep eyes closed to avoid irritation 
• Breathe in the steam for 5-10 minutes 

For children under the age of 10, mix a small amount with coconut oil to dilute. We recommend 5 grams of Warming Balm to 50 grams of coconut oil. 

Suitable for adults and children over the age of 10.
