We offer shipping Australia wide and internationally

Goods are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase via Australia Post.

Care is taken with packaging so your goods arrive safely.
​
Tracking information is provided by Australia Post to your mobile as soon as the goods are posted.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and refunds are guided by Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty goods are refunded when photographic evidence and description of the fault is provided via email within 7 days of receipt.

Due to the natural ingredients used and our products being handmade there can be slight variations from batch to batch. This is not considered a fault.

In addition to Consumer law, if you are not satisfied with your product please let us know via email. We will review and arrange a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
